RETURN POLICY

YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO REQUEST A RETURN FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED.  WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURN ORDERS.

We love and stand behind our products, and want you to love them too!

How to return:

If you are unhappy with your order please email us at hello@thirteenoak.com within (7) days of the delivery.  Once the return is approved you will return the item(s) in the original packaging.  You are responsible for the return shipping cost and any restocking fees that may apply.

 

Receiving your store credit:

Once the item is received you will be emailed an e-gift card for o be used on a future purchase.  The e-gift card will be for amount of the items you purchased and does not include the shipping.

We only offer store credit for returns, we do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.  

We hope this will encourage you to take your time selecting your items and feel free to reach out with any questions.  Store credit never expires.

Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes accidents do happen.  Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and notify us at hello@thirteenoak.com within 48 hours of the delivery so we can rectify the issue.
